Some system capabilities and corresponding flow cards are not consistent when default options are overridden:

firmware: 12.2.0
iOS: 8.4.3 (also 9.0.0b1601)
fan_speed: min-max: 0-5, step: 1, units: ''
device capability: "2" => OK
corresponding flow card: "200%" => NOK: value is in %, and is multiplied by 100
