Changelogs from un-submited builds are added

Noticed that when unintentional publish to "my apps" or testing, it is allowed to use the same version number before it is submitted.
But even though it is not submitted the changelogs from the unsubmitted builds are added.
Look at my app. I never submitted version 1.2.5.

Also the logs are not in order.
