Portal 2 maps not running correctly

when portal 2 singleplayer maps are decomplied and replayed from hammer or inside portal 2
issuse:
spawning in with upgraded portal gun in maps with no portal gun or maps with unupgraded portal gun
voice acting, sound effects and cutseens rather dont work at all or only partially work
trigger boxes for some maps arn't culled out
elevators work sometimes but others it pushes the play out of bounds or not work at all

thats about it if you could help me with this isuse that would be great
