Possibly implement a better GUI

@TurtleP has made a better GUI for Star Updater. I'll implement it when I get a chance but won't put it ahead of other features.

Unassigned myself from this because I don't have the time or motivation to work on it as of now, and don't foresee myself having time in the near future.
