We have some deprecated NodeJS libraries, that we should update to prevent future errors.

• minimatch update to 3.0.2
• graceful-fs update to 4.0.0
• connect is deprecated
• bower update to yarn
• node-uuid update to uuid
• tough-cookie ?
• npmconf reintegrated into npm
