Users on holidays should not receive reminders for the diary and this info should also be used to inform the team when the user will be back.

Also, the vacancy should be visualized on the diary differently compared to "no response"

Reminders are not sent if the arrival date is set in the diaryTeams.json file: https://github.com/assistify/operations/blob/master/service/public/diaryTeams.json

This information could be used as well in the diary here.
