[help] My includes are not working

Hi!

Maybe I'm doing something stupid, but when I try to compile my thesis draft with https://latexonline.cc/compile?git=https://github.com/alanshepard/tcc&target=report/tcc.tex/ none of the includes actually get included.

I expected the compile file to look like this expected.pdf, but I got this instead got.pdf.

I have tagged my repository with v0.1-latex-online-help to make sure I don't change anything.

I actually see only a single include in expected.pdf - that's a graph in the very end of the PDF. Is this really expected?

Actually each chapter is an include. The graph is actually an input within one of these includes. I know it is mostly blank, I have just started working on it :)

I double checked the files and I believe they are right. Notice that on got.pdf there are not any chapters: in fact there is nothing at all after the list of contents.
