What did we get done?

1. We revised our project elevator pitch
2. We implemented some of our user stories
3. We were able to write out our project vision and scope of work and sent it to the client
4. We were able to implement the user story that allows a super admin/ manager to change user role
5. We were able to implement the user story that allows an admin to set location and trip details.
6. We were able to implement the user story that allows a passenger to view trip details, bus current location and the time it will take to get to the next bus stop.
7. We conducted usability tests with the paper prototype.
8. We were able to decide on the development environment and tools to use in the project (JQuery Mobile Platform)
   What we were not able to do
   We were unable to implement the Login page for all users, but we hope to fix that in the next iteration

Challenges
Time constraints, group members had a very busy schedule this week, but we were able to implement all we said apart from the Login

Insights

1. Interviews conducted gave us a lot of information to work with.
2. Working hand-in-hand with the stakeholders, by showing them prototypes before implementation help the development process.
3. We need to properly manage our time, in order to accomplish weekly tasks.
