Week 1 Status report

What did we get done?

1. We were able to meet and interview client to gather information about the project
   1. We were able to interview the various stakeholders involved
   2. We successfully accomplished the task of formulating a team charter
   3. We were able to set up team repository on Github
   4. We were able to do the Github Configuration/Technical style guide
   5. We were able to send emails to our stakeholders regarding the information they provided during the interview.

What we were not able to do
we were able to accomplish the tasks set out for the week.

Challenges
It was quite hectic getting to interview stakeholders because they have busy schedules.

Insights

1. Interview conducted gave us a lot of information to work with
2. The team coordination was very remarkable and impressive
3. Each team member worked very hard
4. Splitting work was effective, in the completion of the week’s task
