Usage:

    apm:init
        Initializes the current directory with an ash_modules file.

    apm:install [$git_url [--global]]
        Installs the modules defined in the ash_modules file.

        If `$git_url` is passed, only that ash module will be
        downloaded.

        The `--global` flag may only be passed if `$git_url` is
        also passed.  Adding the `--global` flag will install
        the single module globally, which will allow access to
        the module from any directory.

    apm:update $module_name
        Updates a global module or Ash if $module_name is 'ash'.

        `$module_name` should be the name as defined in it's
        ash_config.yaml file.

        If you would like to update a local module, you can simply
        navigate into the Ashmodules directory and update them via
        git commands.

    apm:modules
        Displays a list of all of the global modules that are
        currently installed.
