Loading

Mechanical wants servos at 7V. We need to support this on the torpedo board.

Checklist:

Use JP1 as a 7V connector.
Change 6 of the servo connectors to use 7V power, instead of 5V
Replace the torpedo connectors with Mini Fit Jr. connectors. (same style as CON3)
