the link in the Readme points to a 404

The file in the first line of the readme doesn't exist: https://github.com/faucetsdn/daq/blob/master/schemas/udmi/README.md
Instead when you click it you get a 404.
I've had a look over the target repo, but I'm not certain what the original content was, so can't really find where it's gone.

The UDMI project has moved to a new home https://github.com/faucetsdn/udmi. I've updated the readme here to reflect this move.
