Artisan and FZ94

Hello.

I have set up artisan on Coffee Tech FZ94. I am trying to be able to roast by Control, where the loaded background bean temperature is followed and the adjustments during the roast are made by the air (fan).
So far, I have been able to create responsive drum and fan sliders (the machine understands the movements on the slider and adjusts them accordingly).
I have not been able to set up the pid control though.
The problem is that I do not understand the technicality of Slave, P, I, D and inputted parameters. And I have tried some adjustments from different blogs I have encountered, but was not able to replicate it successfully.
Is anyone here able to help, please?
