Mastech MS6514 and Windows 10

Hello -

I am new to Artisan and am having some issues getting the Mastech MS6514 to connect to the software. I have followed the instructions I was able to find but still not getting it to connect correctly.

I do have latest drivers installed and the Thermometer application works correctly and is connected to the device.

Uploaded some pictures for reference. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

nevermind, I am an idiot.

I can't have Artisan connected at the same time I have the Thermometer application open since its serial connection. Closed the Thermometer application and restarted Artisan and it connected just fine.
