TEI-compatibility

As the TEI-element for event has been modified I needed to make some adjustments to schnitzler-places.xml. Mainly tei:listPlace is now a direct child of tei:event and not hidden inside a tei:desc anymore. @csae8092 could you check if your transformations break when using the new file? (the old one is hidden in the obsolete folder)

(on a general note: as long as we do nothing I think the website will still be functional)
