Make a flag on docker images for annotation workers to refresh properties

When an annotation worker finishes, the UI will refresh the annotations and the connections, but not the properties, so if any properties were changed, they remain hidden until the page refreshes. It would be good to have a docker flag/label that indicates that the UI should refresh properties after that specific worker finishes.
