Your main Github page has a link to a Modrinth page:
https://github.com/aria1th/litematica-printer leads to:
https://modrinth.com/mod/litematica-printer-easyplace-extension/versions

I am using (all of these are the latest for 1.20.2):
Fabric Loader 0.15.3
fabric-api-0.91.3+1.20.2
Litematica-Printer-Easyplace-Extension 7.1.0 (from Modrinth)
litematica-fabric-1.20.2-0.16.0
litematica-printer-mc1.20.2-7.1.0

In M+C it recognizes printer settings. However, when I press CAPS_LOCK with a loaded in schematic- nothing happens. I also tried pressing V (as instructed here, since your github page specified a lot of settings but did not specify the controls to activate as far as i could see. whereas this one did specify controls)

Feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Please Note: I am not using multiMC I just loaded in the mods manually. Would this make any difference though in-game? I'd really prefer to not have yet another Minecraft loader on my PC.

To update I added it to MultiMC as a test. It still does not work.

MultiMC Log: https://hastebin.skyra.pw/difebogaqo.swift

I'm using it on my own Paper server and I have the anticheat bypass permission- so I know that's not the problem.

Edit:
I figured out how to get the easy place to work (keybinded it to tab to toggle & a mouse keybind to place). But not full printer.
