After flashing the image, I'm trying to boot it.
It blocks on this screen:

Does it mean that it doesn't find the TFTP server?

This code section is before the TFTP server.
The boot.scr.uimg file is now loaded (this is the boot script) and this script will try to reach the TFTP server
