Feat: Creating the missing Notification's page.

• I have checked through the issues there is no open issue on this. You may find similar one called notifications preferences which is totally different from this one!

Actually I have observed that there is a missing feature (NOTIFICATIONS) in the dropdown of account section of the page as you can see in the below screen shot

Describe the solution you'd like

So I actually want to create a notification page and add that feature to the project by contributing to the project
And i want create a page so that it would look similar to the flipkart's original page!

Please assign me this issue sir! @arghadipmanna101

Describe alternatives you've considered

No alternatives a straight forward solution is to create notifications page and add notification option in the drop down and linking it to the notification page which looks like as notification page of flipkart's website
