Apple HomeKit to ZigBee over Tasmota's Matter protocol

I'm doing research for home automation.
Is it possible to integrate ZigBee devices with Apple HomeKit via Tasmota's Matter protocol?
I'd like to avoid self hosting Home Assistant/Homebridge servers and I'm curious is it possible to communicate directly via Matter protocol since it's natively supported.

Matter does support blinds, but I didn't build any bridge to Zigbee blinds. What device are you using? Are you using Zigbee blinds commands?

I don't have any hardware yet. I'm complete novice on it.
I'm just doing research for home automation in Apple ecosystem on budget. My only requirement is to avoid self hosting constantly running solutions like Home Assistant and ZigBee over Matter looks to fit great.

Ok. Anyways controlling blinds with two buttons might not work. It really depends on how zigbee blinds controller works

So is there anything you could suggest for controlling blinds? I don't expect much. Only to make it go up and down haha.
Ideally it would be great to have it every device running on the same protocol - preferably ZigBee. But it can be anything else if it's not possible on ZigBee. I only want to have it working with HomeKit.

My point is that Zigbee "Window Covering" is supposed to support the following commands:

So it's not just 2 buttons, it's more complex than that. However it might work with a "virtual shutter" - it's not yet implemented but I can easily add them.
