Expected Behavior

Right-clicking the icon for the Sidebar Macros tab should produce a dialog window that can be freely moved around the entire screen.

Current Behavior

Without any modules except Sidebar Macro active, right-clicking the Sidebar Macro icon does, at first, nothing and then, if done again, starts adding duplicates of the content to the sidebar. You right-click enough, it eventually looks like this (which persists if you try to swap to a different tab in the sidebar, covering everything up):

With Popout Resizer also active, it works more properly-ish for the first right-click, though the popout that appears is stuck within the sidebar dimensions and cannot be moved elsewhere. However, subsequent clicks once again start adding additional copies of the content to the sidebar:
