Bugfix release. High priority because we've had some actual user requests.

Not yet. But I think this is baked enough that it's time for a release.

The doc build is currently busted. Looks like I've got an unclosed @deftypefn in there somewhere, but I'm not sure how to readily find it. I'll look in to it. Fix this, and hopefully we're good to go for a release.

Work for prepping the 0.4.4 release is on the 0-4-4-T-O-G-OH branch.

Got it: bad @deftypefn vs. @deftypefnx. in datetime. Fixed in f25c128 and the doco is building again.
