kbcli: 1.0.0-beta.5

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Promote cluster failed

k get cluster -A
NAMESPACE   NAME           CLUSTER-DEFINITION    TERMINATION-POLICY   STATUS    AGE
default     apepg-ztddzq   apecloud-postgresql   WipeOut              Running   80m

kbcli cluster promote apepg-ztddzq  --auto-approve  --force=true   --component postgresql  --namespace default
error: this component "postgresql does not support switchover, you can define the switchover action in the componentDef "apecloud-postgresql-14-1.0.0-alpha.0"
