Drag Gesture bugs after upgrading

Problem

What does actually happen?

I just migrate a Project from 5.1.1 to 6.1.0 and found a Issue, where i thought it is resolved to Ionic.
Infos to this Bug: ionic-team/ionic-framework#21876

So it looks like this PR here caused this Bug?

What is expected to happen?

To have a normal Drag Behaviour like before.

    ios: 6.1.0

You are not using 6.1.0, you are using a fork with 6.1.0-dev version, which is based on 6.0.0.

I can't reproduce on 6.1.0, you should update to this version since is newer than your fork and already uses latest cordova-common
