Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.
I want to be able to do like, contains and more on GenericBinaryArray / BinaryViewArray

Describe the solution you'd like
Either make arrow-string support binary or create an identical crate for binary called arrow-binary

Describe alternatives you've considered
I currently copied the arrow-string crate code and modified it to support binary
