Theme improperly applied to top bar and menus. #319
Comments
Hi @WoodenMaxim, thanks for reporting this. This was part of a new update to Schoology's UI that seems to be only available for certain schools. I've done my best to fix this in the latest version, but I can't really test it all that well since I don't have access to this redesign |
Unfortunately the icons would require making light versions of them which I haven't got around to doing yet. For the dropdowns, are you able to send screenshots for the ones besides the courses dropdown? |
The "groups", notifications, and messages dropdowns are also affected by this: Though the "grades" one isn't, though it's not a full-screen dropdown. Same with the search bar and the custom apps thing. The dropdown for the textbook icon next to the "Notifications" button in the course screen also has the wrong font color: Also the top of folders with photos seem to be having a similar issue to #314 : That's all I've noticed at the moment. |
Describe the bug
Themes are not applied properly on the Schoology top bar and menus on the top bar. This is occurring to all of the members of my school that use SchoologyPlus.
Steps to reproduce
Open Schoology, apply any theme.
Expected behavior
A consistent theme applied to the top bar.
Screenshots
Additional context
All other parts of Schoology pages work as far as I can tell.
Platform
Firefox (has been shown to also affect Chrome, Brave and Opera), awty.schoology.com, version 7.8.4
