Title:
"Re-add Terms of Use page and resolve conflicts"

Description:
Due to a previously merged PR (#70) that disorganized the website structure, the Terms of Use page was removed. I have pulled the latest changes and re-added the Terms of Use page, ensuring it does not conflict with the current structure. A new PR will be submitted with the resolved changes.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the site without the Terms of Use page.
  2. Try to access the previous link (if available).

Expected Outcome:
The site should have a functional Terms of Use page without breaking the structure.

Proposed Fix:
Re-add the Terms of Use page (terms-of-use.html) and link it correctly in the main index.html file.
