List of known issues when doing SSR:

Importing svg file will cause runtime error on development (svg import didn't re-hydrate properly), but the errors are gone after production build
Need to refresh page after changing file (you can still work using http://localhost:3000 though)
Latest React Loadable v5.x.x is not compatible, for now please stick to version v4.x.x
Latest nodemon plugin have a bug
