en general no sobre confiarse y crear tests/funciones para validar que el codigo funciona como se espera --> no darlo por supuesto
-validar que los inputs son correctos ( ex: se puede crear un estado con una lista de campañas vacia )
-validar que el budget distribution es correcto en cada time step
....
