Unwanted auto-update, and, update erases user settings and applies multiple unwanted differences from original #45

You should really try harder to retain our settings!

It would be much more polite to ask us if we want to update, instead of do so without our consent.

@gitcnd the issue here is that the extension was going to be removed by Chrome because they changed the standards and it needed to be updated to continue. See #42

The author (not me) did so at ZERO cost to us, out of the goodness of his heart. Yes, it was a pain to re-set my settings, but it took a couple minutes, and I don't have to watch ads or pay for an amazing app. Be appreciative of "free" things that cost others time.

@gitcnd thanks for the feedback. preserving settings between updates is certainly something we can consider adding. as for the auto-update of extensions in chrome you can control this via the browser itself.

there was a feature request raised in the past requesting Sprint Reader to export settings to a file. this might be a good compromise solution.
