0.7.5 not genearting hashes section

Hi.

I tried uploading my sboms to Cybeats Studio and they are failing because I don't have any file hashes. I then realized that lib4sbom 0.7.5 does not seem to generate the hashes section. If I uninstall 0.7.5 and install 0.5.3 (last known working copy for me) then the hashes are added to the output.

For now I can just pin my environment to 0.5.3 so there is no rush.

@rhaley-starfish There was an issue with the validation of the hash which has been fixed here

This will be incorporated in the next release of lib4sbom.
