Hi guys,
Not sure if this solution was already mentioned here.
I've found it in 4PDA forums.

Follow all the instructions provided here by ant-thomas (my respect !)
Make a file win the name: cls.conf in a root of your SDCARD where the debug_cmd.sh is.
Set the wifi parameters in cls.conf file:

[cls_server]
ssid = yourssid
passwd = yourpassword
