RTMPS publish does not work with Ubuntu 24.04

Short description

RTMPS publish is not working when running Ant Media Server on Ubuntu 24.04.
This is particularly an issue for those who are using marketplace images like Azure to launch & run Ant Media Server.

Environment

• Operating system and version: Ubuntu 24.04
• Java version: Java 17
• Ant Media Server version: 2.12.0
• Browser name and version: N/A

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch an Ant Media Server instance with Ubuntu 24.04.
2. Configure the Ant Media Server to publish RTMPS stream according to the guide
3. Publish a RTMPS stream with OBS.

Expected behavior

The RTMPS stream should get published.

Actual behavior

The RTMPS stream is not published & prints connection/TLS error.
