Color bar of mesh plot doesn't match the plot

Hi everyone,
I'm struggling with matching a color bar of a mesh plot. I'm using pyvista and I'm plotting an array that contains scalar values that range from 0 to 1. Furthermore, each value of my array represent the "porosity" of each element (the 1st value in the array is linked to the 1st element, the 2nd value in the array is linked to the 2nd element, and so on).
Here it is the code:

``# plot element density:
mesh = mapdl.mesh.grid    # gets the mesh from ANSYS MAPDL object (mesh.grid create a mesh that PyVista is able to plot)
mesh.cell_data["Element density"] = x_full
plot = pv.Plotter()
plot.add_mesh(mesh, scalars="Element density", show_edges=True, cmap="coolwarm", clim=[rho_min, 1], show_scalar_bar=True)
plot.set_background("white") 
plot.show()

The output is the following:

As it can be seen the color bar on the right of the picture is almost blue.

Try adding this at the start of the script

pv.set_plot_theme('default')

I tried the command you suggested but I still get the same results, the color bar still does not match the colors of the elements. I tried also to plot standard results, such as displacements and or stresses, but I'm still having the same problem.

Ok we need a common example to work on and share. Attached is a simple example, please run and let's compare plots. Also please copy/paste the result of the plot(mapdl) and post it. Here is the image I get:

Ok - let's try this. Please go to the PyVista tutorial page here and try a few of the plotting examples. What happens?

I run the first script:
`import pyvista as pv
from pyvista import examples

mesh = pv.Wavelet()

p = pv.Plotter()
p.add_mesh(mesh)
p.show()`

Unfortunately I'm still getting the same problem.

Ok, please open an Issue or Discussion on the PyVista GitHub site as I am out of ideas. The only remaining difference is Python - I'm using 3.10.8 but PyVistas requirement is >3.8 so I don't think that is the cause. Anyway the PyVista developers can hopefully weigh in on this.
