Description of the bug

Retrieving a config from a remote operator, leads to a crash python-side at server shutdown.

Steps To Reproduce

from ansys.dpf import core as dpf

srv1 = dpf.start_local_server(config=dpf.AvailableServerConfigs.GrpcServer, as_global=False)

op2 = dpf.Operator("forward", server=srv1)
config = op2.config

Which Operating System causes the issue?

Windows

Which DPF/Ansys version are you using?

DPF Server 2025.2.pre0
