Anime episode downloads restarting over and over

Steps to reproduce

1. Look for any anime in library
2. Start episode download

Expected behavior

Episode downloads normally once without restarting, and the final downloaded file is saved in the episode folder

Actual behavior

Episode downloads and temp file increases in size, download reaches 100% and error notification saying "Downloaded file not found, retrying..." shows up.
Download restarts, rinse and repeat
