.firebaserc + firebase.json

Думаю, как-то можно смерджить, т.к. наверняка сделано на основе https://github.com/davidtheclark/cosmiconfig
Структурировать файлы

Возможно в одну папку

Я возьму себе свои конфиги - codegen/eslint/prettier/stylelint/taildinw/apollo
А ты себе свои - firebase

Надо посмотреть, можно ли (и стоит ли) их как-нибудь разложить аккуратно
