People with red-green color blindness have problems using the app

About 8% of males and 0.4% of females in Europe suffer from red-green color blindness (according to this wikipedia article). The location marker in Trekarta is red which makes it nearly invisible on a green background for those people. I have a friend who unfortunately had to choose a different maps app for that reason. I would therefore propose to add a configuration option for setting the color of the location marker.
Also, it would be nice to be able to set the default color for newly imported tracks, because now they are red.

Latest version has setting for default track, route and place colors. I will add the setting for location marker color.
