Server map update download

Love this port! A feature that I wish all Quake ports would provide is easy downloading of server maps that have been updated since the date of the same named map on the local drive. As far as I know, Darkplaces is the only port that will download a missing map, which is nice, but it won't download an updated map. My friends and I make deathmatch maps for our lan parties and it is such a pain in the arse to have to manually move maps around after we make changes to them during the party. Does ironwail have this capability? As far as I can tell, it does not even though it has a great mod download system.
