MATLAB and Simulink Runtime Installation Guide

Overview

The MATLAB Runtime allows you to run compiled MATLAB applications or components without installing the full MATLAB software. Follow the steps below to download and install the MATLAB Runtime on your Windows system.

Prerequisites

Important

Before proceeding, ensure that you have the following:

• A Windows operating system (64-bit)
• All the files in this repository was made on MATLAB2023b version for Windows.
• Minimum 20 Gbs of free space.

Installation Steps

Note

Using a Student or Institutional Account is preferred.

1. Create an account on MATHWORKS

• Open official site
• Create a new account or SignIn

2. Install the MATLAB Runtime:

• Click on Install MATLAB.

• Select any specific version or straight download the latest version

3. Unpacking and Installing Application

• Once the .exe file is downloaded right click on it and select Run as Administrator

• Now Grab a Coffee ☕ and be patient.

• Once done enter your MATLAB account mail id and Password

• Do next next on lisensing page

• Leave the directory of installation as default or change if space is unavailable (approx 20 Gbs required)

• Select Products to install

After Doing this may be you get Product Dependencies Warning box. In that case click on Add button.

• Click on add shortcut to desktop

• Click on BEGIN INSTALL
