Running conda init cmd.exe breaks Anaconda Prompt terminal #576

After running conda init cmd.exe in an anaconda prompt terminal, on reopening anaconda prompt a blank terminal with no useable command line appears with the heading 'Anaconda Prompt - "C:\Users\dylan\Anaconda3\condabin\conda_hook.bat"'

The command appears to add an AutoRun registry to 'Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Command Processor'
