some thoughts on the module structure of nu-git-manager

with more and more core commands ./src/nu-git-manager/mod.nu is getting bigger and bigger.
also i'm not a huge fan of the error/error.nu thing as well...

i was wondering if we could switch the structure of nu-git-manager from

src/nu-git-manager/
|-- completions
|   `-- nu-complete.nu
|-- error
|   `-- error.nu
|-- fs
|   |-- cache.nu
|   |-- dir.nu
|   |-- path.nu
|   `-- store.nu
|-- git
|   `-- url.nu
`-- mod.nu

Note
all the module is inside mod.nu and the library files are scattered in the module, and hidden behind artificial directories

src/nu-git-manager/

|   |-- clone.nu           # exports `gm clone`
|   |-- list.nu            # exports `gm list`
|   |-- remove.nu          # exports `gm remove`
|   |-- status.nu          # exports `gm status`

|   |-- error.nu           # no need to hide this inside `error/`

that's just about refactoring the source base, not changing anything from the outside 😉
