Usage with Illuminated Cloud2 (Salesforce) does not work for Java Rules

Hi,

I'm using your PMD Plugin with InteliJ and Illumintaed Cloud 2 (http://www.illuminatedcloud.com/, Plugin for Salesforce development) and it works fine for Apex Rules (https://pmd.github.io/latest/pmd_rules_apex.html). But I also want to scan javarules. They are included in XML Rulesset, but only Apex Rules are working fine and Java Rules are ignored. If I create a new Java only project it is working for JavaRules.
