Cannot uninstall OG

I have installed OG 207 branch (forked from 8.x-1.x) on a clean drupal install. I created a content type, marked it as type group. I created no content, then I have deleted the group content type. I ran drush cr, I have uninstalled Organic Groups UI, then I was not able to uninstall OG module, because it says "There is content for the entity type: OG membership". Then I thought I will reinstall the OG UI module, but it says "Unable to install Organic Groups UI, views.view.group_members already exists in active configuration."

what does your og_membership table look like? I suspect you created a group at least maybe?

Yes, I did, I have enclosed the picture of the table.
