Solution you'd like

From this comment #551 (comment), the prototype and work for:

  • overlay Topic author/title & Quick Views Select onto workspace
  • move Site Header & Workspace Header into workspace overlay
  • split toolbar into overlayed Side Toolbar and Main Toolbar
