base path issues with open banking API specifications

Hi,
I am trying to use AWS API gateway to expose APIs for open banking when I imported the swagger definition file via API gateway console I don't see the base path being configured correctly..

As per open banking, the base path for the APIs should be "/open-banking/v1.1". I got an error when I try to configure the base path via custom domain setup.
Is there any way I can configure API gateway to use the base path mandated by open banking?
