Hello, first of all I would like to thank you for this great piece of software.
I would like to know if since 2008 the project has advanced or not, it would be a shame to cease its development.

Hello. Sorry for late answer. This project is no longer alive as I don't use Windows anymore and just uploaded source code to a stable location. Feel free to fork.
