It may be possible to use Xarray as a backend for an Iceberg table.

This would be similar to #20 and another way of approximating #4.

Martin is ahead of the game here (https://martindurant.github.io/blog/berg/) as is Tom (apache/iceberg#5800 (comment)).

we may have iceberg all the way down.
