Description of the problem

An extra parameter is Voice chat in the gta settings

Desired solution for the problem

Remove the Voice Chat parameter from the gta5 settings, and remove the dependence of this parameter on the voice chat alt:V. At a minimum, many beginners are confused with the setting, since you can select the microphone/volume/gain in F1, on RAGE.MP 1.1 this parameter has been removed for a long time, and voice chat settings are conveniently made inside the multiplayer itself
