Problems with Nebula Turbo Tuning

Description of the problem

The tuning is completely mixed up, and originally installed tuning parts are either missing or replaced with others. Vehicle wraps are not displayed, and performance tuning does not work. The spoiler cannot be changed, nor can the front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, exhaust, roll cage, hood, fenders, fenders (R), or roof. The suspension changes the front bumper. Window tint works. The license plate is also fine. Wheels are fine. Wraps change the roof attachments, and from halfway, a grille appears on the rear window. After that, the roll cage is changed.

Reproduction steps

The problem occurs on the server LuckyV and playvmp. In GTA Online everything ist fine. I can reproduce the problem with other Nebula Turbos from other players.

Expected behaviour

The following should be installed: Spoiler: Sports Wing; Front Bumper: Rally Fog Lights; Exhaust: Tuner Exhaust; Roll Cage; Fenders (R): Vents (Primary Color), and the Wrap: Hawaiian Snow Rally. But as can be seen in the pictures, hardly any of the tuning parts are present.
